Straw Restaurant

A Burger on a Donut? Peanut Butter Pie with Candied Bacon?! Orange Blossom Cotton Candy?!! Welcome to Straw, San Francisco's wildly popular eatery and home of these carnival-inspired, California cuisine creations. The recipe for this one-of-a-kind Hayes Valley restaurant is one part Country Fair shaken with one part Coney Island, served with a twist of urban San Francisco. Mason jar chandeliers, sideshow photography, vintage signs and colorful recycled glass bubble tile bring the Americana. Funhouse mirrors, carnival games and Tilt-A-Whirl turned booth make nostalgic oceanside yearnings as palpable as the smell of fresh Truffled Popcorn. Painted by a local artist, a gritty depiction of a Carny beckons you to step right up!
